    Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, & enhance posture through controlled, mindful movements.

    Set on a mat, this class focuses on alignment, breath control, and precise movements to engage deep muscle groups. Each session is designed to improve muscular endurance, coordination, and balance while promoting relaxation and mental focus.

    This Mat Pilates class is designed for Active Older Adults to improve flexibility, core strength, and balance in a safe and supportive environment. This low-impact class focuses on gentle movements that enhance posture, stability, and mobility, helping you maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

    Whether you're new to Pilates or have experience, our instructors will guide you through each exercise with variations to suit your comfort level. Join us to boost your strength, increase body awareness, and enjoy a sense of well-being at any stage of life!

  • Reformer Pilates

    Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It is practiced on a specialized piece of equipment that consists of a sliding carriage/bed, springs, pulleys, and straps, creating adjustable resistance for a wide range of exercises. Every session is tailored your unique needs, goals, and abilities.

    Our Barre class blends ballet-inspired movement, Pilates precision, and low-impact conditioning into one powerful, flowing workout. Using the ballet barre and light props, you’ll sculpt long, lean muscles, improve posture, and build core strength through small, controlled movements and high repetitions.

    This class is accessible yet challenging—perfect for anyone who wants to tone, strengthen, and move with intention. Expect energizing music, lots of shaking and burning (the good kind), and that addictive post-class glow.

    Power Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced style of yoga that focuses on matching breath with movement, building strength and endurance, increasing mobility and flexibility, and enhancing body awareness.

    This class focuses on providing a challenging, energetic workout that combines yoga with cardio and strength-training elements.

  • Yoga + Somatic Movement

    Yoga + Somatic Movement blends slow, mindful yoga with gentle, expressive movement. Beginning with a grounding Hatha + Vinyasa flow, we focus less on appearance and more on sensation - how each posture feels within your body. Set to a thoughtfully curated playlist, the practice naturally transitions into guided somatic movement and soft dancing, encouraging you to release tension, move intuitively, and reconnect with your body from the inside out.

    Throw Down® 101 is a high-energy, heart-pumping dance fitness class designed to feel more like a party than a workout. Set to hip-hop throwbacks and today’s top hits, this class features fun, choreographed routines that are broken down step-by-step, so you can feel confident before turning it all the way up and dancing full out.
