Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, & enhance posture through controlled, mindful movements.
Set on a mat, this class focuses on alignment, breath control, and precise movements to engage deep muscle groups. Each session is designed to improve muscular endurance, coordination, and balance while promoting relaxation and mental focus.

This Mat Pilates class is designed for Active Older Adults to improve flexibility, core strength, and balance in a safe and supportive environment. Slow Flow is our in-house blend of Vinyasa + Hatha + Restorative Yoga. A slow style to help you find the space between poses while retaining the gentle rhythm of a flowing yoga class. Each class will end with a luxurious restorative pose using props.
