Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, & enhance posture through controlled, mindful movements.
Set on a mat, this class focuses on alignment, breath control, and precise movements to engage deep muscle groups. Each session is designed to improve muscular endurance, coordination, and balance while promoting relaxation and mental focus.

Mat Pilates for AOAs
This Mat Pilates class is designed for Active Older Adults to improve flexibility, core strength, and balance in a safe and supportive environment. This low-impact class focuses on gentle movements that enhance posture, stability, and mobility, helping you maintain an active and independent lifestyle.
Whether you're new to Pilates or have experience, our instructors will guide you through each exercise with variations to suit your comfort level. Join us to boost your strength, increase body awareness, and enjoy a sense of well-being at any stage of life!

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It is practiced on a specialized piece of equipment that consists of a sliding carriage/bed, springs, pulleys, and straps, creating adjustable resistance for a wide range of exercises. Every session is tailored your unique needs, goals, and abilities.
All sessions are currently 1:1 to offer you support and resistance that meets you exactly where you are

Slow Flow is our in-house blend of Vinyasa + Hatha + Restorative Yoga. A slow style to help you find the space between poses while retaining the gentle rhythm of a flowing yoga class. Each class will end with a luxurious restorative pose using props.

Qoya Inspired Movement
Qoya Inspired Movement is a wellness practice that blends multiple disciplines including yoga, dance, and sensual movement to connect you with your true, inner essence. Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our true essence is wise, wild, and free. Through a series of 13 songs, you are led through intentional movements that take you deep within.
