Community + Connection Coordinator
At Ember Wellness Studio, we believe fitness is more than movement - it’s a meaningful connection to self and community. The Community + Connection Coordinator plays a central role in bringing this to life by thoughtfully growing our membership, deepening relationships, and creating an experience that feels personal, supportive, and worth returning to.
This role is equal parts strategy and heart - focused on welcoming new faces, nurturing existing members, and ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and aligned with our sanctuary-like experience.

Manage and optimize the full member journey—from first inquiry to committed member
Schedule and coordinate new client consultations with care and intention
Track weekly performance metrics including total membership, new joins, cancellations, consultations, and first-time visitors
Continually refine our sales funnel, including automated email sequences, to improve conversion and experience
Develop and implement a referral program that encourages organic community growth
Retention + Member Experience
Create and implement a consistent check-in system for active members to support engagement and connection
Design and execute a thoughtful win-back strategy for members who have become inactive
Oversee onboarding experience, including creating and distributing elevated welcome kits

What You Bring
A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel seen, welcomed, and valued
Strong organizational skills with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture
Experience in client-facing roles, sales, hospitality, or community-building environments
Comfort with tracking performance metrics and using data to guide decisions
A proactive, creative mindset—you don’t just follow systems, you improve them
Why This Role Matters
You are the bridge between someone’s first visit and their long-term relationship with our studio. Your work ensures that people don’t just attend classes—they feel a sense of belonging, consistency, and connection that keeps them coming back.
Schedule + Expectations
Part-time to start (with opportunity to grow), including a mix of in-studio presence and behind-the-scenes planning and strategy.
If you’re someone who loves creating experiences, building relationships, and turning first-time visitors into loyal community members - we’d love to meet you.
