Studio Associate
At Ember Wellness Studio, every detail matters - and every interaction shapes the experience. As a Studio Associate, you are the welcoming presence that sets the tone for each visit. You create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and immediately at ease.
This role is a blend of hospitality, organization, and thoughtful service ensuring the studio runs smoothly while delivering an elevated, seamless experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience + Front Desk
Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
Warmly greet each guest, answer questions, and share an overview of our offerings and mission
Provide tours of the space and help new clients feel comfortable and confident
Book and confirm appointments via phone, email, and Momence
Encourage pre-booking to support consistency and routine
Sales + Member Support
Support retail and service sales through genuine, informed recommendations
Promote memberships, packages, and studio offerings
Help drive client retention by creating a welcoming, personalized experience
Process transactions, issue receipts, and assist with future bookings
Studio Operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of retail products and studio supplies
Collaborate with management on restocking and product needs
Assist with merchandising, including display setup, pricing visibility, and product organization
Support retail initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and events
Cleanliness + Environment
Maintain the studio’s calm, clean, and elevated atmosphere throughout the day
Perform light cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, laundry, and sanitation
Ensure all spaces—studio floor, retail area, and common areas—are consistently guest-ready
Team Support + Daily Flow
Assist with day-to-day studio operations and evolving needs
Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed
Help maintain smooth scheduling, organization, and overall client satisfaction

Schedule + Expectations
