  • Welcome to Ember Wellness Studio! We’re so glad you’re here. To get started, we invite you to schedule a 1:1 consult + intro session.

    During this time together, we’ll chat about your goals, discuss your prior experience with Pilates and/or yoga, and build a plan that will allow you to make the most of your practice.

  • If you’re new to the movement practice of Pilates, we always recommend that you start your Pilates journey with our 1:1 Pilates Introductory Series.

    This beginner-friendly program is designed to help you build a strong foundation over 4 private sessions before you jump into a group class.

  • Next, you’ll be ready to join our group classes or private sessions, and immerse yourself in the supportive Ember community.

Introductory Pilates Series

This essential series will guide you through the history and core principles of Pilates, focusing on key movements, breathing techniques, and body alignment to help you understand and master the basics.

Each class introduces new exercises and progresses gradually, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost confidence in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll learn how to get the most out of your Pilates practice and set yourself up for long-term success.

By the end of the series, you’ll have a solid grasp of Pilates fundamentals and feel ready to continue your fitness journey with confidence in our group classes!
