Set on a mat, this class focuses on alignment, breath control, and precise movements to engage deep muscle groups. Each session is designed to improve muscular endurance, coordination, and balance while promoting relaxation and mental focus.

MAT PILATES
This Mat Pilates class is designed for Active Older Adults to improve flexibility, core strength, and balance in a safe and supportive environment. This low-impact class focuses on gentle movements that enhance posture, stability, and mobility, helping you maintain an active and independent lifestyle.

MAT PILATES FOR AOAs
Yoga Flow is our in-house blend of Vinyasa Yoga + Pilates. Small movements to target strengthening specific muscle groups, aiming to stretch, strengthen and tone the body, as well as centering the mind and spirit. This class aims to build heat, while offering a gentle challenge.

Slow Flow is our in-house blend of Vinyasa + Hatha + Restorative Yoga. A slow style to help you find the space between poses while retaining the gentle rhythm of a flowing yoga class. Each class will end with a luxurious restorative pose using props.
